Open the Estus player on your device to see a 6-digit code, then enter it under Screens in your dashboard. The code is single-use and expires after 15 minutes.

Players check in on a regular heartbeat. If a screen shows offline, confirm it has power and internet, then use the remote Refresh command. If it persists, contact us below.

Large videos are transcoded in the background and can take a few minutes. If a file sits in processing far longer than expected, report it as an issue and include the file name.

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard to change plans at any time. Higher tiers raise your screen, storage, and user quotas.
