Getting Started
Estus turns any screen into a managed display you control from one dashboard. Here is the shortest path from sign-up to something playing on a wall.
Create your account. Sign up, confirm your email, and you land in the dashboard with a free trial organization already set up for you. Upload your first asset. Head to Assets and drop in an image or video. Estus processes it in the background and tells you the moment it is ready to schedule. Pair a screen. Open the Estus player on your device, and it shows a 6-digit code. Enter that code under Screens to link the hardware to your account. Schedule content. Build a playlist, drop it on the calendar, and assign it to your screen or channel. The display picks it up automatically on its next check-in.
Content Management
Everything you put on a screen lives in your content library: images, videos, and the playlists that string them together.
Assets. Upload images and videos of any common format. Large videos are transcoded automatically so they play smoothly on low-power players, and you can see processing status live. Folders. Organize assets into folders so a growing library stays navigable. Move, rename, and group content without breaking anything already scheduled. Playlists. Combine assets into an ordered playlist with drag-and-drop reordering and a precise duration for every item. Set how each item fits the screen (contain, cover, or fill). Content fit. Control letterboxing per playlist and per item so vertical, horizontal, and oddly shaped screens all look intentional.
Smart Scheduling
The scheduler decides what plays, where, and when. It is a full calendar built for signage, with recurrence, priorities, and per-screen timezones.
Calendar events. Place a playlist on a date and time range. Give it a start and end time, and Estus handles the rest. Recurring patterns. Repeat content daily, weekly, or on custom patterns using standard recurrence rules — perfect for lunch menus, weekend promos, or business hours. Priorities & overrides. Layer schedules with priorities so a flash sale can temporarily override the normal loop, then cleanly hand back when it ends. Default content. Set a fallback playlist that plays whenever nothing else is scheduled, so a screen is never blank. Timezones. Every screen respects its own timezone, so 9 AM means 9 AM locally across a multi-city network.
Screen Management
Register, monitor, and control every display from one place — whether you have one screen or a wall of them.
Pairing. Link a device with a single-use 6-digit code that expires after 15 minutes. No accounts to type on the screen, no cables. Live status. See at a glance which screens are online or offline, when each last checked in, and where it is located. Display settings. Configure orientation, resolution, aspect ratio, and content fit per screen so the player renders exactly right for the hardware. Remote commands. Reboot, refresh content, clear the cache, capture a screenshot, restart the app, or stop playback remotely — no site visit required.
Channels
Channels group screens so a set of displays always shows the same content in sync. Assign content once and it updates everywhere.
Group once, update everywhere. Add screens to a channel and schedule against the channel instead of each screen individually. Synchronized playback. Screens on a channel stay in step, ideal for video walls and matching displays across a location. Mix and match. A screen can follow a channel or run its own schedule, so you are never locked into one model.

Uptime & heartbeats. Every player checks in on a regular heartbeat, so you know the moment a screen drops offline. Playback proof.
